* Structure

KMU's highest-policy making body is the National Congress which is convened every three years. When the Congress is not in session, the National Council (NC) acts as the highest authority. The NC meets twice a year and is composed of KMU's National Officers and Elected Representatives of KMU federations and territorial alliances. The National Executive Committee (NEC), composed of 13 national officers, sees to that the plans approved by the NC and the Congress is implemented.

The NEC is composed of duly-elected officers namely:

National Chairperson;

National Vice-Chairperson;

Regional Representatives from the National Capital Region, Central Luzon, Southern Tagalog, Cebu, Northern Mindanao, Southern Mindanao;

Secretary-General;

National Treasurer;

and the Secretary of Federation Affairs.

It is the Office of the Secretary-General (OSG) which oversees KMU's day-to-day operations.
