Kilusang Mayo Uno-Southern Mindanao Region (KMU-SMR) today lambasted the claims of DOLE-Stanfilco that it is merely a contracting party of Davao Integrated Transport Facilities, Inc. (DITFI), saying that the transnational corporation has the paramount responsibility to the loss of jobs of 270 workers in the hauling company.
