Amidst the latest round of oil price hikes, labor center Kilusang Mayo Uno slammed Pres. Noynoy Aquino today for refusing to junk the Oil Deregulation Law and impose controls on petroleum prices, saying the global oil monopoly and the local Big 3 are using every instance of global turbulence to hike prices and increase profits.
