Labor center Kilusang Mayo Uno slammed Pres. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III for agreeing to study proposals to amend the 1987 Constitution being advocated by the House Speaker and Senate President, saying the three are acting out a drama from a badly-written script.
Workers hit ECOP plea vs. P30 COLA in Metro
